We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using petron88 is lawful in your jurisdiction. petron88 does not warrant that its services are legal in all locations. By accessing petron88, you represent that your use of the platform does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
2.4 One Account Per Member. Each individual may register and operate exactly one petron88 account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. petron88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any balances or winnings associated therewith.
2.5 KYC Verification. petron88 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Members may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.1 Login Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your petron88 login username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. petron88 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS.
3.2 Account Security. You must notify petron88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. petron88 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your petron88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balance will be refunded to your verified payment method subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on petron88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). petron88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and selected Malaysian bank accounts including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. petron88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business hours for verified accounts. petron88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Members must have wagered their deposit at least once before a withdrawal of deposited funds is permitted. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms.
4.5 Fraud Prevention. petron88 conducts anti-money laundering ("AML") screening on all financial transactions. Transactions suspected of facilitating money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities. Accounts associated with such activity will be permanently closed and all balances frozen pending investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by petron88 are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period for each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 One Bonus at a Time. Members may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. petron88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with good-faith gameplay, and engaging in low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns designed to generate wagering turnover without genuine play intent.
5.4 Modification of Promotions. petron88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of members who have already validly claimed a promotion are not materially adversely affected.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All petron88 slot and virtual table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software independently tested by accredited gaming laboratories. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are published in the respective game information panels.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (card dealing, wheel spinning, dice shaking) and are not controlled by petron88's software systems. petron88 sources its live dealer content exclusively from studios certified by international gaming authorities.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and any affected stakes returned to the member's account. petron88 is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted to petron88 customer support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be investigated. petron88's decision on game disputes, made after reviewing server logs and game records, is final and binding.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude may do so for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, petron88 will not reinstate access regardless of member request.
8.3 Underage Gambling. petron88 operates a strict 21+ policy. Members who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts closed and all accumulated balances and winnings forfeited.

9.1 All content on the petron88 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, logos, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of petron88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the petron88 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any petron88 content without prior written authorisation.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, petron88's aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 petron88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from or in connection with the use of the petron88 platform.
10.3 petron88 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
11.1 petron88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to petron88's data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 petron88 may share member data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification services as required for compliance, fraud prevention, and AML purposes.
12.1 petron88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via the registered email address or a platform notification. Continued use of the petron88 platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
12.2 petron88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at its sole discretion, including where petron88 reasonably believes that a member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which petron88 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through petron88's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority.
13.2 Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
